Parking Violations

Failure to obey a parking violation notice within 21 days after the date of the violation may result in the non-renewal of the license to drive and/or the certification of registration of the registered owner.

OPTIONS:

1. Place a check or money order in the parking violation envelope payable to the Town of Falmouth and mail it to the Falmouth Parking Clerk, P.O. Box 904, Falmouth, MA 02541.

2. Bring a check or money order payable to the Town of Falmouth to the Collectors Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA.

3. A hearing with the Falmouth Parking Hearing Officer may be obtained or the violation may be disputed by mail if submitted with supporting documentation within 21 days c/o Collectors Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540.
